Start of training at EagleBurgmann
After two introductory weeks, the first year of training has begun for 18 new trainees at EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG in Wolfratshausen and Eurasburg. The young men and women are starting their training at the specialist for industrial seals as industrial mechanics, industrial clerks, technical product designers and IT specialists.

Wolfgang Meier, who has overall responsibility for the industrial-technical training at EagleBurgmann Germany, welcomed the young talents on the first day. The traditional hike with the instructors from the plant in Eurasburg to the Wolfratshausen site took place just a few days later. The focus was on getting to know each other better in an informal atmosphere and gaining a first impression of production, assembly, research & development and design.
With a comprehensive safety instruction, introduction to the corporate philosophy and the future workplace, the trainees are well prepared for their future work.
